Light observation 1: IT BURNS!
Why is the sun so bright? I noticed the hard shadows it casts when beating against the tall trees on the side of the road. During the last two or three hours before sunset, I've also noticed that the sawblade-like shadows cut the road in half... Meaning that people driving on the northbound lanes get blinded by the sun; however people on the southbound lanes are safe.
